Posted to 175 Italian prisoner of war camp 22nd April 1946, and on the 8th June dad was posted to Dispersal Centre, being released to Royal Army Reserve 15th September, finally to be Discharged 30th June 1959.

Frederick Collison served with the Norfolks from 18th April 1940 to 14th September 1946.

The 2nd Division were known as the "Forgotten Army" because of the long time spent in India, but Kohima made sure they will never be forgotten for their bravery and courage.
