My World

by

Win Rainer

I live in a world of my own making

Always trying to give, never taking,

I was taught the fundamental things of life

When I married my man and became his wife,

He was as my mother said, treasured be

For he would always look after me,

My existence he has made secure

His way of life strong and sure,

Let the world outside carry on

I truly know where I belong
