Bude

(Cornwall)

by

Win Rainer

Eventide and shadows begin to fall

Headlands thrusting out into the silvery sea

Seagulls at rest in nests on rocky heights

Around the bay splashing foam and twinkling lights

The sun has set, the sea has changed her mood

All is peaceful down here in Bude.
