Being A Mother

by

Win Rainer

20/03/04

When I was little, in games I had to be mother

Over the years my way of life I chose no other,

I am content in the life I have led my family be

Full of ordinary every day life I see,

My ability to express my life in rhyme

Is a very special way of passing time,

As I grow older, my thoughts on family are still true

No other way of life will ever do,

Looking back, foresight has no place

I am what I am, as a mother I cannot erase,

No way can I change my ways

A mother I am, to the end of my days.
