SECURITY - KINGFISHER

1. While the party is undergoing Training:

     (a) It is essential that utmost security be observed.

     (b) Members of the party must be particularly warned against discussing the operation with anyone outside of the party.

    (c) Final instructions for the operation to be issued as late as possible.

    (d) Objective to be known only to those who must know.

    (e) Activities of training can be covered by stating that members ara doing experimental work with rubber boats.

2. While on movement within AUSTRALIA:

Members belong to LHQ and are travelling to continue their experimental training wlth rubbar boats.

3. Cover story when on Operations:

They have been landed by submarine with the object of contacting a party of British Civilians who have been reported to be in the area, and evacuating them to AUSTRALIA by captured native craft.

All members of the party should at all times wear their uniforms and badges of rank.
